Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
The short version: Try the demos for free. Create an account to score real games, with 6 free games in each app. After that, each app is its own subscription. Your games belong to you. Use the apps fairly, and remember the official scorer is still responsible for the official book.
These terms are an agreement between you and FAST Scorebooks ("FAST," "we," "us") for using fastscoretracking.com and the FAST apps on it (the "apps"). By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 to create an account. Accounts are meant for coaches, scorekeepers, athletic staff and parents.
- Give an email address you can access, and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account works for every FAST app.
Free trial and subscriptions
- Demos are free and don't need an account.
- Free games: each account can start 6 real games in each app for free. A game counts when it's started. Demo games don't count.
- Subscriptions are per app. Paying for one app (for example, FAST Volleyball) gives unlimited new games in that app only. It doesn't include the other apps.
- The price, length of access and any refund terms are shown or agreed when you buy. If access ends, you can still open, print, email and back up the games you already scored. Starting new games needs an active subscription.
- We may change prices or plans in the future. Changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.
Your data
The games, teams, rosters and other information you enter belong to you (or your school or organization). You give us permission to store, process and sync it only so we can run the apps for you. You can back it up at any time and ask us to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy.
Only enter other people's information, such as players' names, if you're allowed to under your school's or organization's rules.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- try to get around the free-game limit or paid access, or share a paid account with people outside your program;
- access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with or overload the service;
- copy, resell or redistribute the apps, or use them for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Scoresheets and accuracy
The apps help you keep score and fill in scoresheets, but the person keeping the book is responsible for checking that it is complete and correct and that it meets the rules of your league, association or governing body. FAST is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFHS, the OHSAA, the NCAA or any other athletic association. Keep your own backups of important games.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps available and your data safe, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. The apps keep working on your device without internet and sync when the connection returns.
Disclaimer
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FAST is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost results, arising from use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app involved in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using the apps at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access for violations of these terms, with notice when reasonable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
